2016

Foundation in Paris

It is under the impulse of Badis Matallah, passionate about semantics and the promotion of complex systems to all audiences, that Qualitadd was born. The explosion of data volumes, the regulatory inflation, the search for opportunities, the media coverage of data leaks, were all reasons that propelled organizations to act. Qualitadd found their vocation in addressing these challenges.

2017

Innovation and modular approach

The first large organizations placed their trust in us: we designed with them a modular approach for our platform, based on use cases and regulatory issues, and tested our innovations. Our platform was then used to manage the data governance systems of Covéa and CNP Assurances, which were among the most complex in Europe.

2018

Equity investment in Qualitadd

French investment fund M Capital became a minority shareholder of Qualitadd in 2018, mainly to strengthen R&D. Victor Chan, Investment Manager said: "We were impressed by the power and user experience of the Qualitadd solution as well as the vision of the management team, and convinced that it had the ability to become a leader in Europe in a demanding and deep market."

2019

Development of our modular offers

After the success of our data governance, quality and compliance modules, the Qualitadd platform is now equipped with two new modules for risk management, audit and internal control activities. Qualitadd thus becomes the first European editor to propose a software offer allowing a transversal view between risks, audit and control, and the level of data quality.

2020

Global acceleration of digitalization

Faced with an unprecedented health context, organizations have faced major challenges, particularly in the fact of making people collaborate remotely, driven by the constraint of massive teleworking and a need to quickly digitize certain activities ... Qualitadd has thus been strongly solicited for its digital solutions. Result at the end of 2020: it is an increase of 169% of the annual turnover, an additional investment plan of 2 million euros in R&D and nearly 40 new recruitments by 2023.

2021

Consecration and leadership

With more than 8000 daily users of our solutions in the world, Qualitadd continues its growth by investing in innovation. An Apache Kafka® collection agent is implemented, allowing to easily interface the Qualitadd platform in SaaS mode with any application. And the first module for delegate control and third party monitoring is acquired by the Swiss group Helvetia and the space insurer LRA.

2022

Large-scale deployment

Development of our offers in Africa, release of a new major version of the technological framework, re-engagement of historical customers until 2025, massive recruitment plan, Qualitadd mobilizes its teams and investors, and aims at an exceptional commercial development in 2022.
